<li>Promotional discounts and sale prices are valid for the duration specified and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.</li>

<li>An order is confirmed once you complete checkout or confirm your order via WhatsApp for Cash on Delivery.</li>
<li>We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.</li>
<li>Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.</li>

<li>We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), and online payments via Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.</li>
<li>Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.</li>
<li>Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier at the time of delivery.</li>

<h2>5. Shipping & Delivery</h2>

<li>Delivery times: Karachi 1–2 working days, nationwide 2–4 working days, depending on the courier.</li>
<li>Free delivery applies to orders over Rs. 4,000. A standard delivery fee applies to smaller orders.</li>
<li>Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier services, weather or public holidays.</li>
<li>Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel.</li>
